Delivery countries
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Belgium (other countries on request).

Delivery service provider
We ship all our parcels with DHL. Abroad, the respective DHL partner takes over.

Delivery time
Our delivery time in Germany is usually 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery costs
Within Germany (from an order value of 49.00€) we send your FOODI3S delivery free of charge. Otherwise it will cost you the smaller amount of 4.90€.

Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, France & Italy (from an order value of 49.00€) we will send your FOODI3S delivery for only 4.90€ . Otherwise it will cost you the small amount of 9.90€.

Switzerland: The shipment is already duty paid! From a minimum order value of 49.00€ shipping is only 9.90€

Packaging material
Wherever possible, we reuse the material we receive and only purchase environmentally friendly materials when necessary.
